Excellent!

experience working with Dion Brooks he was professional helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy highly recommend.

One of the reasons why I didn’t give a higher review is because the dealership has had a difficult time in fixing the issues with my vehicle. On this last repair, the vehicle has been at the shop for about 1 month. My concern is that the same issues will continue to appear in the future and having to struggle with not having a vehicle for long periods of time. Apart from that, Mr. Don has done all that is in his control to help me out with the repair. He has been very patient and I have no complaints against the staff. In addition, it would be very helpful if the dealership would consider getting more loaner vehicles for customers to use in these situations.

Mr. Coleman was our salesman - he exceeded our expectations. He got us the exact deal we needed to trade in. Should we purchase in the near future, he will be our first call. He never harassed us, he gave us time to think, and when we were ready, he made it happen.

My truck for its oil change and if they did do the diagnostic test as they said they did they would have found that the fuel filter needed changed but it was not reported nor taken care of. Now I have to go back and get it taken care of when it should have been done at the time.
