Took my 3500 HD truck in for an easy fix with a recall on the tailgate and have the trailer lights checked. Everything went well except it took more than a day to get it done so had to leave it over night.

Went in with an issue and was never repaired. Had transmission issues and came out with a camera replaced, saying the camera is what caused check engine light to turn on.

Service good but if you make a 10:00 appointment you should not have to wait on people that didn’t make appointments which pushed my oil change out a few hours.

As a return purchaser ( 3 times over) speaks volumes for the service that I receive from Freedom. When a car buyer keeps coming back, means someone is doing something right. Simple, fast, no pressure, treated with white gloves, no hassel, friendly etc....... That's what brings me back.

We stopped by to look at a suburban and ended up leaving with a Yukon XL. Everything went so fast and easy.

The attendant was very courteous and professional. Answer every questions we had.
